Where is my main man Preston Maxwell? He should be on The Wrestling Alliance Midwest (WAM!) Show since he dominated the WAM! Heavyweight title FOR SO LONG! Personally, I've seen him defeat 5 opponents in one match! Preston Maxwell is awesome and I say he will one day soon be your WAM! Heavyweight Champion again.

As much as I like "The Original Smooth Criminal" Thomas Thorn, I would love to see Preston Maxwell form a tag team with "Mr. Saturday Night" Micheal Barry at least for one match. I think the chemistry is there.

Yvonna Leach will be managing her men, The Contract Killers, into action for the SAW Tag Team Titles! Alexzandra will be in the house, but what will she be doing? SAW Women's Champion Amber is rumored to be attending but will not be wrestling due to an arm injury after a near fatal car accident. Matches scheduled: Drake Evans will defend his SAW TV Title against The Northern Studd with Miss Montgomery in his corner! Also, The Green Mountain Grappler is rumored to be returning to Highgate!

Lexie Fyfe vs. Amber was originally booked for September 17 and I believe it was JUST for Amber's SAW Women's Title (and Lexie's NWA World Women's Title and PWE Women's Belts were NOT on the line). However, with Amber injured and unable to defend her title, I don't know if Lexie will actually be at the show on the 17th. I hope that match can take place sometime down the road.

On Tuesday, September 20 at 7 PM in Farmington, ME, at The Farmington Fair, Atlas Championship Wrestling (ACW), Amanda Storm will be appearing at the Farmington Fair. This show is free with paid admission to the fair. ACW put on a show at this fair last year and this year should be even more exciting!

Additional female wrestlers might be signed. Amanda Storm just recently annouced her retirement! )-: I don't know for sure if she will go through with her prior bookings or not. NEWS: 25th Annual Terry Fox Hometown Run on this Sunday !

This Sunday is the 25th Annual Terry Fox Hometown Run in Port Coquitlam, BC at the Hyde Creek Recreation Centre (1379 Laurier Avenue).

Come run, walk, skateboard, ride you bike, roller blade, walk on your hands or just about anything else during the event on this wheelchair accessible route! The idea is to have FUN while raising funds for cancer research.

This year's run route is the same as the last two years where we have a 2.5km, 6km and 10km route all starting from the Hyde Creek Recreation Centre at 1379 Laurier Avenue. For a complete map of the route, click HERE.

The organizers are honoured that in addition to the thousands of awesome participants, we have some special guests to help celebrate this 25th Anniversary of the Marathon of Hope:

Empire Wrestling Federation will participate in this event with wrestling matches in front of Wal*Mart. from 2 PM to 5 PM Your support is appreciated as there are thousands of victims that have been affected by this catastrophe.
