I look for Universal Championship Wrestling to crown UCW Tag Team Champions in 2005, and Twist and Tripod are heavy favorites (along with whatever version of The Smooth Criminals that "The Master" Johnny Holiday puts together).

Former ECW Diva Riptide celebrates her birthday on April 19. You know her from her ECW days as "The Prodigette." Why she changed her name to Riptide I don't exactly know. She had name value as The Prodigette.

Moonpuppy has her birthday on April 22. Moonpuppy is a female Moondog, and she was given the rights to be a Moondog by Spot, so she's got the right to be a Moondog. I can't find a website or Yahoogroup for Moonpuppy, so I linked to her GLORY Profile.

April 26 would be the birthday of "The Diva" Kelly Tabor. Kelly passed away on December 22, 2002.

Cherri / Sexy Stacy celebrates her birthday on April 26. Cherri doesn't have a website anymore. Stacy/Cherri and Rain are cousins and they started out as valets in All-American Wrestling for Trailer Trash Tim. Rain went on to be one of the best female wrestlers in The Midwest. I hope Rain can get my well wishes to Stacy on the 26th.

Cherri/Stacy has retired from Wrestling, but I mentioned her birthday last year. Since she is Rain's cousin I thought I'd keep mentioning her, just because Rain is awesome.

Lacey celebrates her birthday on April 27. Lacey left The Midwest last year after she graduated from College. Lacey wouldn't be as good as she is if she didn't have to wrestle Rain like a thousand times over the years! Lacey is now tearing things up in the Northeast. She wrestled April Hunter in Pennsylvania. Lacey will make appearances in IWA Mid-South in 2005 I'm sure, and her path will cross with Rain's again. Rain won the feud! (-: (It would rock if Rain wins the IWA Mid-South Ladies Title this year).

Last year when I posted on April 1, I put the column all out of order. The Link Gimmick was at the top and then my tag line and at the bottom were the birthdays. I'm not pulling any pranks today. Last year when The Ring Post messed up, I lost my archive from The Summer of 2003 to whenever it was that TRP messed up (October of 2004?). I was able to go to Google and to www.archive.org and get back a lot of my columns from 2004. I go to Archive.org a couple of times a month to see if they have updated. I check TRP and I check the mirror site at http://www.mswrestlingnation.com and today MSWN was updated at Archive.org

I was happy for a minute, until I realized that the links were taking me to TRP as it is today with my columns blanked. When TRP gets fixed, I hope that they are able to restore my columns.

So that was nice of Archive.org to play a April Fool's Joke on me.

"Sweet" Steve Smith told me that he saw at the Steel Rage Pro Wrestling website that SRPW rented their ring to some federation that is having a show on April 2 in Coffeyville. I don't know what federation that is or what wrestlers will be there. Universal Championship Wrestling has ran in Coffeyville in the past, but it's NOT them!

The Global Wrestling Federation will be in Pittsburg, Kansas with the show Capital Punishment at The National Guard Armory on April 9. They haven't announced any matches yet. The Shadow has an open contract to face anyone. Who will his opponent be?

Mid States Wrestling will be in Pittsburg, Kansas at The National Guard Armory on April 16. They haven't announced any matches either, but "Hacksaw" Butch Reed will be there and "The Space Cowboy" Jason Jones returns to Pittsburg for the first time in two years!

SOME FEDERATION will be in Pittsburg, Kansas at The National Guard Armory on April 23. I don't know what federation that is, or what wrestlers they will have. It may be the same federation that will be in Coffeyville on April 2.

NWA Oklahoma also has a show on April 16 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. They have not announced any details yet, except that there is a Triple Main Event. Scotty Charisma was to get a Title Shot at The NWA Oklahoma Title held by "Mr. Saturday Night" Micheal Barry (and YES Sassy Merlot would be there), but that was when the NWA OK show in Ponca City was scheduled for March 26. They postponed the show, and MSN was booked for The MSW Show on April 16. I don't know which show MSN will be at now. I just noticed last night that Brandon Groom and Summer Rain are not on The NWA OK Roster anymore! )-: I don't know what that means. Are they WWE bound? Did they have a falling out with NWA OK? I don't know. April Hunter and Slyck Wagner Brown are both on The NWA OK roster. I haven't talked to April about it in a long while, but April didn't know then when they would bring her in. MSN and I were hoping that he could team with April to take on Brandon and Summer. I've told April enough good things about MSN, Sassy, Brandon and Summer over the years that April is probably sick of hearing about them!

NWA Oklahoma has another show on April 8 in Bristow, Oklahoma at LeForce Fieldhouse (132 West 9th PST). The autograph party starts at 7 PM and belltime is 8 PM and they will have BIG GIVEAWAYS!
