Suicide Kid def. Necro Butcher to retain IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Title

--Saturday night, July 28th in Charlestown, IN--

C.M. Punk (w/ DP) def. Mark Wolf (w/ Summer) and the returning Mitch Ryder in a three way dance. Mark Wolf was thrown into Summer and he carried her to the back to make sure she was alright leaving the matchup down to Ryder and Punk. C.M. gets the victory with the top rope pedigree.

"Sexy" Ace Steel (w/ DP) def. American Kickboxer. Good back and forth match that saw Ace get the victory with a springboard off the ropes into a ddt.

Adrian Serrano (w/ DP) and Necro Butcher wrestled to a no contest when Bull Pain ran out with a baseball bat and destroyed Adrian Serrano causing him to have to leave on a stretcher. Bull then proceeded to announce to the crowd that nice guy Bull Pain is no more and the old kick ass and take names later have no mercy Bull Pain was back.

Bull Pain destroyed "Dysfunction" Kurt Krueger (w/ DP). Dysfunction was left a bloody mess and finally beaten with the Pain Game. Bull pounded him around the building and then powerbombed Dave Prazak after the match. He then destroyed basically the whole dressing room as they all came out one by one to try to calm him down. Suicide Kid, Corporal Robinson, Brent Blades, Cash Flo, Colt Cabana, Chris Hero, Tarik the Great and more were all left laying by Bull.

Mitch Page and Jon Howard then hit the ring to demand that Ian Rotten tell them who the former WWF titleholder was that would be the guest referee for the main event. Ian Rotten came out and proceeded to let them know that the ref was former tag team champion and Brawl For It All winner Bart Gunn.

Suicide Kid and Tarik the Great wrestled to a no contest in the title vs. title matchup. Great back and forth action with both wrestlers getting several near falls and even bending the rulebook trying to win. Around the fifteen minute mark, the Superheroes of C.M. Punk and Chris Hero hit the ring. Ian Rotten came out to make the save but was cut off by BJ Whitmer. Colt Cabana came in for the save attempt but was hit from behind by Ace Steel. The Superheroes left them all down. Cabana and Kid then got on the mic and told Ian that they both appreciated the matchup with Too Cold Scorpio on the 11th but that they wanted out of it to get revenge on the Superheroes for the constant interference and Cabana wanted Punk especially since he was his best friend. Ian told them it didn't have to be that way because now it is going to be on the 11th - Suicide Kid, Colt Cabana, Ian Rotten and Too Cold Scorpio vs. Chris Hero, BJ Whitmer, CM Punk and Ace Steel in an 8 man tag elimination match.

Corporal Robinson def. Rollin Hard. Rollin at the start of the match declared that after giving it alot of thought, he had nothing left to prove as a hardcore wrestler. He had won the heavyweight title and the KOTDM 2000. He is too pretty to keep bleeding and getting hit with weapons when they is nothing left to accomplish. He then demanded the match be declared a dq if Corporal used any weapons. Corporal reluctantly agreed. Rollin dominated much of the match using wrestling mixed in with an occassional weapon shot. Corporal started bleeding which greatly disturbed Rollin. He wiped off the blood at first with the ref's shirt. Then he made the ref go to the concession stand and get napkins and wipe the blood off Corporal. He then hit a DVD but refused to make the cover because he didn't want to get blood on him. He demanded the ref make the cover instead. Toolman refused and while arguing with Toolman, Corporal rolled him up from behind to get the win.

Colt Cabana and Cash Flo def. B.J. Whitmer and Chris Hero in a great tag match. The Superhero team hit a superplex followed by a frogsplash elbow drop by Chris Hero for a nearfall. The finishing moments saw several other nearfalls as BJ hit a frogsplash only to be pull off the pinfall attempt. Colt hit his backbreaker only to have Hero break up the pin. Hero had the pin following the Hero's Welcome only to get pulled off by Cash. Cash and Colt then whipped BJ and Hero together causing BJ to spill to the floor. Colt picked up Hero and hit his backbreaker and then Cash followed with the Oh Shit Legdrop for the pin.

Jon Howard and Mean Mitch Page def. Ian Rotten and Brent Blades in the pinfalls count anywhere fans bring the weapons match with Bart Gunn as special ref. Ian took quite a beating in this matchup and was bleeding quite badly and even had his shoulder pop out of place in the middle of the match. Brent Blades was also beaten pretty bloody as was Mean Mitch Page. Jon Howard picked his spots and mostly only came in when Mitch was in control of the match. Several times the match spilt to the floor. Ian finally gained control and was dragging Jon into the ring. He hooked him for the double arm ddt but as he did, Bart Gunn turned on Ian and drilled him with the left hook that won him the Brawl For It All. Jon Howard fell on top of Ian for the pinfall. Corporal Robinson came out to check on Ian and ducked a big left from Bart. Bart left but Corporal challenged him to a fight next Saturday night that Bart later accepted.

IWA SENDS CONDOLENCES TO CORALLUZZO FAMILY
----------------------------------------------

The wrestling world lost another figure today with the passing of former NWA NJ promoter Dennis Coraluzzo. Our long time fans may remember that Dennis brought his NWA NJ into the IWA in the summer of 97 for a few shows including the Two Sides Go To War show with the awesome Kickboxer vs. Reckless Youth match.

We would like to express our heart felt condolences to his family and friends. It is always a shame when we lose a member of the wrestling "family."

It is being reported by the Observer, Torch and Lariat that he was 48 years old and died from a stroke yesterday.

We hope our fans can keep his family in their thoughts and prayers as we will.

See everyone Wednesday night.
