HomeBut first, I have to give a shout out to "The Whole F'N Show" Rob Van Dam because I just received an e-mail from him! Holy Shit! Go visit The Whole F'N Site, The Official Website of Rob Van Dam.
Speaking of websites, The Official Website of Dawn Marie still can't be updated because the server is down. Rafaela wants to update it but she can't right now! It's totally not Raf's fault.
April Hunter has some news about her website and some new galleries and there is also some upcoming show information (don't forget that Bret Hart and Little Guido will both be at the Chaotic Wrestling show next month). April also has some new merchandise for purchase at her site. The following comes from the April Hunter newsletter, which you can subscribe to by visiting her website. The link to her website is at the bottom of this post in the Link Gimmick. April Hunter wrestles as April Kincaid, the brother of Arch Kincaid.

Now with Tommy Dreamer in The WWF, I don't know if he'll be at the show that April mentioned or not. Hopefully he will still get to honor that booking.
I received permission from Dean Puckett of The Allied Independent Wrestling Federation to post AIWF news, match results and upcoming matches here at The Ring Post. I have a little overview of the AIWF and a few links for you to check out, and a little information about an AIWF show tomorrow night.
They were originally known as The American Independent Wrestling Federation, and if you have a collection of '90's Apter Mags (PWI and the like) then you probably read about several AIWF people. I first heard of them in the PWI 500 myself. Rick Deezel and Brian Danzig were a helluva tag team. Other notable tag teams were The Ghost Riders, Jackie Anderson and Chris Windham, and The Tennessee Violence Authority, which included several people at one time or another, but it included Don Carson, Sebastian Kane and Robert Roma to name three.
The AIWF was noted for having its yearly "Deal With The Steel" cards in which EVERY match takes place in a steel cage, with other stipulations in the matches to boot! I'm not sure if they have had Deal With The Steel since 1999.
Now The AIWF stands for The Allied Independent Wrestling Federation, and there are more than 10 affiliates that make up the AIWF now. I've had a link to the AIWF website on my links page since I started my website in 1999.
Late last year, I interview Creeping Death for The Ring Post. Creeping Death is the current AIWF World Heavyweight Champion, and I believe that he is still the "pot smoking champion of the world" as well. (Barbwire Mike might challenge him on that claim though).
Tomorrow Night, July 13, AIWF In Your Face Wrestling.
In the Main Event, Doink The Clown vs. Johnny Paradise for the AIWF/IYFW WV Heavyweight Title. For the AIWF World TV Title, The Storm Trooper vs. "The Soviet Terror" Nikita Allenov vs. Even Colder in a three way dance. For the AIWF/IYFW WV Tag Team Titles, Terminal Punishment vs. Station House, plus four other GREAT matches.
3242 Main Street, Weirton, West Virginia
Doors Open at 6:30 - Bell Time at 7:30
Tickets $10 at the door- Television Taping
Card Subject To Change

That might not be a complete list either. I have permission from the AIWF to bring you news, match results and upcoming show information from any of the AIWF affiliates, so I can get tons of news from all of these websites. I also hope to get more interviews with AIWF wrestlers. I might have to gather AIWF news on either Saturday or Sunday since there are so many affiliates, or I just might have to concentrated on a few AIWF promotions.
http://www.expage.com/hardcoreaiwf is a really cool AIWF fan site.
